The Jack Lift direct-driven pumping unit is a gearless, compact, lighter weight alternative to the traditional pumping unit. Shengji offers a series of Jack Lift units to operators interested in longer stroke, lower speed, reducing operating costs, energy savings, lower noise, higher efficiency, smaller wellsite footprint, easily operation and greatly reducing HSE risk.
No gear reducer, No lubricant, low noise
It is the key component of the Jack Lift unit that the high torque permanent magnet synchronous motor replaces of all the driving mechanism of beam pumping unit include gear reducer, prime mover, walking beam, horse head, crank and so on, so the Wlift unit don’t need lubricant which cause of the HSE risk of fluid leakage, and reduce the noise down to 48 decibels.
Long stroke advantage
The Jack Lift unit’s stroke with lengths of up to 366 in (9.3m) reduces cyclic stress, minimizes rod stretch impact, improves gas compression ratios, and enhances overall system efficiency.
Greatly saving energy
The Jack Lift unit is significantly more efficient than other pumping units. Savings in energy costs typically range from 30 to 70 percent.
