Shengji no-dent standard polished rod clamp is manufactured strictly in accordance to the Oil and Gas Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China SY/T5029. This is an equivalent of the International Standard ISD 10428 and API Spec 11B.

Shengji no-dent standard polished rod clamp is suitable for standard polished rods with nominal diameters from 22mm to 38.1mm. This meets the requirements of different pump depths, polished rod sizes and loads. Shengji manufactures oilfield rod clamps as per specific requirements of every customer. These may include a Shengji no-dent polished rod clamp with a nominal diameter and dimensional accuracy, which is not to our standard dimensions.

Shengji no-dent standard polished rod can effectively reduce any damage to the polished rod and the packing of a stuffing box. If the viscosity of crude in the well is high, and the impact is due to a down stroke lag of polished rod; Shengji recommends a change of clamp for the larger working load or use two clamps of same model and load to increase working load.
