For a certain high viscosity heavy oil wells, some traditional steam injection pump could not get a good result. Shengji designed and manufactured a cable heated pump, which uses the electricity and other methods to reduce the viscosity of oil and to increase oil production.

This pump mainly includes plunger assembly, barrel assembly, standing valve assembly and a special structure hollow rod. Through the hollow sucker rod, the cable can be run out of the entire pump. The electric energy is used to heat water and other conduction parameters to increase the crude oil temperature, reduce the viscosity of specific well sections, improve the oil liquidity, avoid the scaling and realize the oil production.

This pump can be adapted to all the well sections that require heating to prevent an increase in viscosity during the oil lift process. It is specifically used in wells where the traditional cold recovery cannot work normally.
