The set equipment for microbial displacement and injection is designed and developed for adapting to developing microbial displacement of oil, which ensures the operation of microbial displacement and injection. The equipment is designed in modular structure, and its modular function provides easy and convenient handling and installation, which can be used in single skid or combined multiple skids to greatly decrease the equipment investment. It is flexible and mobile and its design and manufacturing complies with relevant national standard requirements and regulations.

The functions of the equipment include power supply, mixing of inorganic salt agent, transport of culture solution and nutritional medium, injection of culture liquid, nutrition medium and liquid inorganic salt, liquid charging control under constant pressure and regulating and control of injection amount, and automatic access of main injection parameters. The flow switching may be achieved by manual, semi-automatic control or full automatic control. The automatic control and data collection may be achieved with PLC.
